Commercial Excavation Project - Owings Mills, MD
Sewer Main Excavation & Restoration In Baltimore County
This job involved excavating two 8” sewer mains that merged before tying into the city sewer line for an apartment complex in Baltimore County. The pipes were buried about 6–8 feet deep and ran along a sloped area right next to a busy neighborhood road, which made access and safety especially important.
Once the plumbing team replaced both lines, we came back in to carefully backfill and compact the slope, restoring it to its original grade. To help stabilize the area and prevent erosion, we finished it with straw matting and seed.
It was a solid team effort to get the system updated and the property looking good again.
